1. Can I personalise a product?
Most products are able to be personalised - if you can't see what you're looking for, contact me with any questions and i'll do my best to accommodate your request!
2. What does *MTO* mean?
Any product listed with *MTO* at the end is a 'Made to Order' product. This means that there will be a longer wait as the product has to be made. For spoonrests & soap dishes this is usually around 1/2 weeks. Other personalised pieces are usually 3/4 weeks.
3. Where are your products made?
All my pieces are made by myself in my garden studio in Petersfield, Hampshire.
4. Can I place a custom order?

contact me to discuss. Be it something you've seen on Instagram or something different i'm always happy to consider new pieces.
1. How long will my order take to arrive?
Stock items will usually be posted 1-3 working days after placing your order. They will be dispatched first class via Royal Mail or UPS.
Made to order items take approximately 3 weeks to make and will be dispatched by the same courier.
If you're buying both stock and made to order items you can choose to have them posted separately or together once the made to order items are finished.
2. Do you ship internationally?
I do ship internationally and a number of destinations are already available on the website. If you can't see your country please contact me to discuss!
3. Can I get my order any quicker?
Stock items will always be posted out as quickly as possible. Made to order items are subject to lead times at the time of order. These are usually around 3-4 weeks but may be quicker or slower. If you need something sooner please contact me to see if it's possible.
